The best time of the year is upon us! Finally it is spring in Sweden and we are excited for longer days, more energy, and summer around the corner! Here is an update from us about what we have been up to these last few months.
Over the winter we have had plenty of active projects. Siggy Jackson, TommyBravo and Ayman hosted several hip-hop evenings at Björnes in Örebro. At Club Underground the trio provided a hyped atmosphere full of energy and vibes. Rumors claim there might be more of these evenings this fall. Who knows? Check out some of the pictures above.
At the studio we have also been continuing the development of Alexandra, the young local talent starting to make a name for herself in Örebro. She has a new track that will be hitting the streaming services early this summer. There might be even more coming later this year from this talented singer. Stay tuned for more information and news.
Siggy Jackson and the crew have a bunch of new music dropping this summer, yet again. After working hard all winter together with Ayman and TommyBravo, they are excited to bring some more music your way. Another summer full of hot tunes is coming so stay posted for more information and updates regarding these drops.
As a studio we have also expanded our services providing a fun activity for bachelor/bachelorette parties. We have had several surprised brides- and grooms-to-be enjoy recording a love song for their receptions. Opus Magnum can provide a fun environment for your party to experience the process of recording a song in a studio environment and walking away with a finished product.
We will be hosting several more Cypher Evenings this summer. These are still open for registration. So come by the studio and show off your skills! Keep posted for dates and registration.
More information on coming drops and activities will be posted shortly. Until then, stay right! And as always, drop us a line if you wanna discuss any projects!
We have had a busy October in the studio with a release from both Ayman and Alexandra! It is nice to finally let these projects see the light and get some feedback from y’all. Alexandra is so excited for all the kind words about her debut single. Stay tuned for more music from this young talent. She has several things cooking.
The last couple weeks we have stayed focused on the releases while still managing to get some creative sessions in and work on some new stuff. Ayman, Siggy Jackson and TommyBravo are locked-in at the studio working on the final touches of Flood Season and some new exciting sounds.
We are switching gears a bit heading into the winter and will be finishing up Flood Season in December with a special release for you. Some new opportunities have presented themselves and we have to adjust our schedule a little bit. More information is to come but we still have tons of music coming your way…. plus other goodies.
In the meantime, make sure to check out the Opus Magnum playlist on Spotify and listen to some good tunes!
This has been a big week for all of us here at Opus Magnum. We are glad to announce some awesome news!
Yesterday Alexandra Askerlund released her debut single MÖRKBLÅ. This track has been a while in the making and we are so excited for her. Alexandra is a star in the making and it is so fun to be working with such a talented young artist. Her enthusiasm and hustle is admirable. Alexandra is greatly inspired by Veronica Maggio who she often references during studio sessions as a huge influence on her sound.
Mörkblå is a very personal track about love. The melancholy energy of the song is perfectly reflected in its name. Mörkblå is both the title and the vibe of this record. Alexandra doesn’t hold back and bares it all in her music. The end result is quality authentic music.
We already have more music coming from this new talent so keep your eyes and ears open for more news!
What a summer it has been! Packed full of slaps from the Opus Magnum Music crew. FEELINGS was such a bop and we are elated at the response from you guys after the release. It really is a vibe and we’re excited you are feeling it with us.
Floodseason II – next release
As we head in to the fall we just wanted to touch base and let everyone know that we are far from over with the second iteration of Flood Season. There is plenty more to come. We have some really cool songs coming up that we have been working on for a while and can’t wait to finally release out into the world.
Coming up shortly we have a long awaited Ayman track dropping. This release has been teased and worked on for a while and we are finally ready to share it with y’all. It’s called MOONTALK and drops on Oct. 7. This song was largely recorded while on TikTok Live and you superfans will remember when we were writing this song last fall. This is a release we are really excited for you guys to finally hear.
This summer we have spent the time blowing off some steam outside of the studio. Gathering inspiration and enjoying time with our friends and family. Andreas welcomed a new addition to the family, Loi was born a healthy 2975 grams. We are so happy for them all! Alex has had some family visiting from out of town. Other than that we have mostly been chopping it up with Ayman and TommyBravo most of the summer just discussing music and enjoying some new music and new inspirations. Among these have been some deep dives into old blues and some of the earliest stuff recorded. It has been an interesting walk through history.
We have been working with some new talent in the studio. This young artist is gearing up for her first solo release of original music. She is a singer/songwriter who leans into the current pop vibe going on in Sweden. She is already very active on the troubadour scene with several shows this summer. You can check out her instagram here. Keep your eyes glued for more information on her.
It has been a wonderful start of the summer here in Sweden. This is such a lovely time of the year. As long as the sun stays out.
It was such a great release of Icig! We had such wonderful responses from y’all about that track! It also seemed like a lot of you enjoyed the bonus track on that release! 🤘 keep posted for more surprises like that.
We are taking full advantage of the times and having a cookout outside the studio on Saturday 23/7. This is a great time to come by and check out the facilities, see what we are all about and get a feel for the studio and us as a group. We will be offering cheeseburgers and hot-dogs as well as sodas to drink.
Later that evening we will also host a Cypher where you can come drop some bars and flex your chops.
We hope you come by and check it out!
Next up on the release docket is a smash from Ayman & TommyBravo called Feelings. This track is something special and we are SUPER excited to release this one. Ayman really pushes his range in this track in a fantastic way. TommyBravo definitely puts the icing on the cake. The soul in the production on this is something Siggy is very proud of. This is absolutely something special. It features a smooth vocal based production with sultry percussions.
Flood Season is in full swing for sure! We will be releasing some merchandise soon that we can finally start selling. Keep an eye out for when they are available and you can start rocking the Opus Magnum Logo or even a FLOODSEASON T-shirt.
We are finally taking some time off in the sun and gonna spend the next few weeks of summer resting up and getting back in the zone to start eyeing our next docket of music. But our releases will most definitely continue with another drop in a few days. And another after that, lol.
Make sure to follow us on instagram and meta and stay tuned for updates and new music!
Last year we had a summer/fall full of drops from Ayman, Siggy Jackson and TommyBravo that we called Flood Season. It was the collective name of all the tracks and projects that we dropped last year.
Well now it is the beginning of June, and Flood Season 2 is fast approaching. And man, do we have a lot of heavy drops coming up this season. Strap in and get ready for the best time of the year.
This season brings several singles from Ayman, collaborations between him and TommyBravo and Siggy Jackson behind the wheel producing all the beats. We are also featuring a few new artists this season. Stay tuned to find some new flavour layered in.
This season will also last longer with more releases from the artists we are working closely with.
the build up
We have spent all winter in the bunker working on new material that we are excited to share with y’all. The sounds will range from the hard and heavy to the more sentimental and ambient. These tracks are some of the deepest we have made yet and hope you all share in the dissection of the tracks with us. We have branched out to more collaborations and are working with artists from locally here in Örebro to international talent from South America. This year we have spent more time ensuring that we stay true to the vision we are creating and not following the general noise around us. There needs to be some form of self control or integrity where you know what it is you want to say and what you want to do. It’s just a matter of staying true to that vision.
We have also tried to be more engaged socially with livestreams on TikTok and the like to share more moments from the studio than just the finished products. Make sure to check out the links at the bottom and follow Ayman on TikTok to find these livestreams and glimpses into our daily work. We have some more surprises in this avenue coming your way shortly.
Flood Season 2 kicks off with a brutal drop from Ayman called SAVAGE. This track’s drums slam and the distorted delivery from Ayman fills out the ruggedness of this record. Slamming his flag in the ground Ayman proclaims he is here to stay and the game needs to make room. It is a heavy track with plenty of symbolism and depth we can’t wait to share with you. Honestly, it might be the hardest release of the season here to kick it off. But this years Flood Season only gets better from here.
Gotta set the bar high right?
In the meantime you can listen through the entire Flood Season in order HERE!

Over the last few years working with local artist and producing music for people who are going through their first releases, we noticed something. We believe there is some expertise we can share with our artists that we work with on a closer lever. Because of this we have decided to start a record label.
Opus Magnum Music will be our management and music curation side of the business. Through this arm we can help local artists and clients we work with to reach a wider audience. Our Opus Magnum Music artists will be able to focus on the creative process and leave the administration to us.
This is an exciting step we are taking! We are truly stoked for the road ahead with this side of the business.
Over the years we kept thinking how could we bring our knowledge that we have attained from our collective years in the industry. We wanted to turn it into a helpful tool for the artists we work closely with. Create something that allows the artist to create as freely as they wish while still having access to all the tools necessary to grow their fanbase and reach the widest audience possible. To add to this, have started collaborations with some other local businesses to help with certain aspects of the PR and outreach for the artists.
Artists First type of Record Label
Since we are creators ourselves we believe in full ownership of rights. Therefore we will ensure that our artists always own their music 100% and don’t sign over ownership of their music. This has been a very important part of our calculations throughout this process.
If you know an unsigned artist that needs assistance or guidance give them our information. Or have them contact us here! We will gladly assess if we are the right fit to help them grow and take the next step in their career.

It has been a busy winter and start of spring here at the studio. We are working with some more new local artists who are making their debut releases. It’s really fun to be able to be a part of their introduction to releasing music. A pair of young singers are going to be dropping their first single here shortly. We will make sure to share all the details here and on our social media. Their mellow and unplugged vibe really captures the listener. Don’t miss it!
We had another successful Freestyle Night this last Saturday where some new people showed up and caught a vibe in the studio and vocal booth. If you are interested in dropping by during one of these sessions just drop us a line and we will give you all the details.
We have been a part of two submissions to the national radio competition P4 Nästa. This has been super exciting and we hope for the best for both the artists.
Ayman and TommyBravo recently released a new track as well. Spegelbild is produced by Siggy Jackson and has been a long time in the works. They are all super excited to finally share it with the world. This track has an old school feel to the production. The deep lyrics that reflect on our self-destructive and self-doubting tendencies. The track started several years with just the verse from TommyBravo but evolved into what it is today after Ayman heard the project and added his spice to it. Make sure to check it out!
We are trying to grow our presence on social media and hope everyone who wants to follow our process also follows our instagram.
We have a bunch of new music in store for you coming from the studio this year and can’t wait to share it with y’all.
We released our first video project this year with a studio video featuring Örebro’s own Mona Brew. We are pumped with the result and can’t wait to expand on this format more over the coming years.
This year Siggy and Ayman really hit a stride and had a total of 9 releases together. It has been such a high energy atmosphere surrounding their sessions and projects. We can’t wait to see what more is in store for them.
TommyBravo hit the map again this year with a few new drops as well as the long awaited Stockholm Syndrome. This track has been years in the making and we want to thank Shah, Elizabeth and their team as well as Waves That Stray for making this project happen.
Furthermore we have expanded our artist development segment and are now actively pursuing talent to help develop their skills and grow their creativity. We are now working with a couple talented singers who are looking to improve their vocal chops and get more comfortable in a studio environment.
The studio itself went through a facelift this year. We pulled the trigger on building the vocal booth and decided on some choice upgrades to improve the environment, workflow and of course the sound.
